Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ankul, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 690 of 2023,, under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and 5J(II)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Ajeetmal, District- Auraiya, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of abduction of a minor girl with intent to marry and commission of offence of rape. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim is clearly consenting party. She has given birth to a child born from the applicant. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing
