Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 229 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 333, 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Mehdawat, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The instant FIR is a counter blast to a FIR No.177 of 2024 instituted by the applicant against the family members of the informant.
