Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 94 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 B.N.S. and Section 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Rendhar, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. whereby she has stated that she had gone with the applicant to Delhi and has not raised any alarm whatsoever. A consent can also be drawn from the fact that she has taken Rs.1.5 lacs along
