Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.296 of 2024, under Sections 376, 313, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Banpur, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by calling her to his house several times, as such, impregnated her. When the said matter was revealed to him, he is stated to have got the said pregnancy terminated at hospital. 6.
