The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.557 of 2015, under Sections 302, 120-B, 147 I.P.C., Police Station Khekra, District Baghpat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant was named in the FIR but no overt act has been attributed to her and only allegation against her is that she was also present at spot alongwith other accused persons. 4. He further submits that number of other accused persons, who allegedly committed the murder of the deceased, have already been released on bail by this Court. 5.
