Heard Sri Balram Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 19.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Session Case No.635 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.219 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 87, 137(2) B.N.S. and Section 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Mehandawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., whereby she had gone with the applicant to Mumbai and remained there for seven days and has stated that she had married him.
