Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.382 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Chandausi, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has not allayed any allegations of rape against the applicant in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., rather she has stated that the applicant is her brother.
