Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0484 of 2024, under Sections 64 of B.N.S., Police Station - Lohiya Nagar, District - Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have forcibly barged into the house of the informant in the night of 11/12.10.2024 between 01-01:30 am and after pointing her knife at the neck of her son, he is stated to have committed rape with her. 5. The applicant is stated to have disrobed himself completely.
