Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.147 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 351(3), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Shankargarh, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim has not allayed any allegations of rape and use of force against the applicant in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. She is stated to be minor but by her looks,
