Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 455 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64, 61(2), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3/4 & 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Line Bazar, District - Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have left the house of the applicant in the night of 5/6.09.2024 at about 01:00 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
