Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape against the minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report was lodged after six months on the allegation that victim is pregnant.This court by order dated 8.4.2025 directed Ultrasonic Examination of the victim be conducted to ascertain as to whether she was ever pregnant or not .Victim has refused to get her Ultrasonic Examination. She does not wants the same to be conducted.She has stated in her application given to the police that she has fallen from stairs and had taken some medicines.Thereafter her pregnancy was terminated. The applicant is in jail since 6.7.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for
