Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.270 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 64(1), 76, 333, 351(2), 119(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Bhognipur, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The matter of consensual relationship has been converted to that of rape by the victim.
