Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.409 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Rampur Maniharan, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR itself is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the circumstances as she had gone with the applicant to several places. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the applicant is stated to have befriended the v
