Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant today is taken on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 415 of 2024, under Sections 64, 332(2) of BNS, Police Station Rath, District Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in the night of 23.09.2024 at about 11 p.m. and had outraged the modesty of the victim. On her raising of alarm, other family members are stated to have woken up, as such the applicant ran away from the place of occurrence. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. H
