The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Dharmendra, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 05 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Salempur, District- Bulandshahr, during pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from one case, the applicant has criminal history of eight more cases. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang.
