There are allegations against the applicant of making an attempt by sharp-edged weapon (balkati) on informant. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant and another co-accused were hired to kill the informant who has strained relationship with her husband. The applicant and co-accused were hired by husband, Praveen Kumar, to kill the informant. Counsel for the applicant also submits that co-accused, Praveen Kumar, has already been granted bail by this court vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37503 of 2024. The injury report of the injured does not
