The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Mangelal Alias Mangilal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 144/2023, under Sections 8C/15C of NDPS, Act, Police Station-Sefai, District- Etawah, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused, Mahendra Verma, has been granted bail by this Court on 15.04.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 8428 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
