Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 629 of 2024, under Sections 65(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Campierganj, District - Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have found committed indecent act with the victim and was about to commit rape with her on 25.09.2024 at about 04:00 pm.
