Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 361 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(n), 376(3), 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2)/5L/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Rasoolabad, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about seven months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
