The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicants with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 111 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty against the Animals Act, Police Station Naugarh, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. He submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged against six unknown persons. The allegation of transporting 126 number of animals for slaughtering is false.
