Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 227 of 2024, under Sections 64 B.N.S. and 5J(2)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Srirampur, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established illicit relationship with the daughter of the informant, aged about 17 years, by enticing her away, as such, she got impregnated. The FIR was instituted on 29.9.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
