The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 449 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 125, 109(1), 103(2) BNS, Police Station- Dibai, District- Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR and during investigation, he has been made accused in the present matter on the basis of general and false allegation. 4. He further submitted that co-accused Suheb@ Suhel was named in the FIR and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, he has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1965 of 2025 and case of applicant is at better footing than him. 5. H
