Heard Sri Tufail Hasan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.554 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 61(2), 127(2), 123 B.N.S., Police Station- Tundla, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is a lady and is not biologically capable of committing rape whatsoever. The FIR was instituted with the allegations of outraging the modesty only, but subsequently they have been escalated to that of rape that too against co-accused person Abhay Dhakrey. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the said indecent video changed several hands and then only reached informan
