Counsel for the applicant submits that as yet only charges have been framed on 30.3.2024. No prosecution witness has been examined before the trial court till date. The applicant is in jail since 06.08.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
