The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 308 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 190, 103(1), 115(2), 351(2) BNS, Police Station- Jamuna Par, District- Mathura, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against nine persons including applicant and according to FIR, due to previous dispute on 01.11.2024 at about 7:30 p.m. in the evening applicant and other accused persons made assault through wooden stick and iron rod and due to assault made by them, father of the informant died and some others also sustained injuries. 4.
