This is second bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohd Haneef Khan Alias Raju Khan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 55/24 , under Sections 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act 1955, Police Station Manikpur, District Chitrakoot. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent.
