As per the affidavit, the pregnancy of the victim has been terminated. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0128 of 2024, U/S 64(2) (e), 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S., 2023 and 5L/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Colonelganj, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have raped the victim about 20 days before the institution of the FIR, as the victim was employee in his clinic. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case
