The applicant is stated to have recorded certain indecent video of the victim and had made it viral in the locality. He started blackmailing her to meet him, lest he shall make it viral elsewhere as well. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. Initially, the FIR was instituted u/s 79 and 351(2) of B.N.S. only and the applicant was enlarged on bail by the Court of A.C
