The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Jag Prasad Alias Mulayam Goud with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 62 of 2024, under Section 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 & Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act, 1960, Police Station- Rampur Barkoniya, District- Sonbhadra(U.P.). Learned counsel for the applicant submits that recovery of six alive cattle has been shown which is totally false and fabricated as there is no independent witness of the alleged recovery. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the applicant. Offence is triable by magistrate. The applicant is languishing in jail
