The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant- Afsar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.648 of 2024, under Sections 76 of B.N.S. and Section 7/8, 351(2), 351(3), 9M/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali City, District- Bijnor, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is the owner of general shop. The family members of the victim girl had taken goods but they were not making payment of Rs.7000/-. Thereafter, the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since 14.07.2024.
