There are allegations against four named and some unknown accused of causing the offence of attempt to murder besides other injury to the injured. Counsel for the applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant. Grievous injury was caused to the injured by fire arm but no such role has been assigned to the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 18.07.2024 and has criminal history of 10 cases to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
