This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Saddam, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 549 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 333, 137(2), 115(2), 351(2) and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 16/17 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 9/10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, Police Station- Kairana, District- Shamli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.10.20
