This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sonu alias Irshad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.467 of 2019, under Sections 3/8 Cows Slaughter Act, Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 24.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the FIR has been lodged by the first informant Sub Inspector Sri Surjeet Singh posted at Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad against four named persons including applicant. As per version of the FIR, the alleged incid
