Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Muhammadabad Gohana, District- Mau, pendency of trial. This is third bail application of the applicant. Earlier bail applications of the applicant were rejected by the coordinate Bench of this court which is not available now. Supplementary affidavit has been filed by counsel for the applicant stating that there are 37 prosecution witnesses but not a single witness has been examined till date before the trial court.
