Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant today is taken on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2024, under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Bisauli, District Badaun, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with one unknown person is stated to have disrobed the victim from her lower side and even outraged her modesty on 07.02.2024 at about 9 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
