The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Karan Alias Sullar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 26 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 61(2), 340(2) of B.N.S. & and Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, Police Station Cyber Crime, District- Maharajganj, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of fabricating birth and death certificates. Incriminating recovery has been shown from the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the police has planted recovery and falsely implicated the applicant. The applicant has no criminal history.
