As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have spiked the cold drink of the victim and after rendering her unconscious, committed rape with her and also made a video of the said act. The applicant is even stated to have continued to establish corporeal relationship with her for a substantial period of time by blackmailing her to make her indecent video viral on social media. 5.
