Heard Sri Devendra Kumar Misra, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Manoj Srivastava, learned counsel for the informant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.213 of 2024, under Sections 376(3), 452, 506 IPC and 5J(2)/6, 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Rura, District Kanpur Dehat with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 17 years. The matter was revealed to the informant that the victim was pregnant of about seven months which is an advanced stage, as such, the FIR was in
