Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 322 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 137(2) of BNS and Sections 3/4(2) & 5G/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Etmaddaula, District - Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Dinesh Jatav, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 3.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
