The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pramod Bind, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 02/2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)N of IPC and 5J(2)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Jansa, District- Varanasi, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing repeated offence of rape and abduction of a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim claimed her age as 21 years and has admitted entering into physical relationship and marrying the applicant on her own sweet will.
