The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 465 of 2024, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Badagaon, District- Varanasi, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 12.11.2024 at 14:29 hours against co-accused Rinku Patel and one unknown person and according to FIR, on 11.12.2024 father of the informant had gone to the house of his daughter and while he was sleeping in the corridor, named accused Rinku Patel along with his two associates made assault upon him through wooden sticks due to which, he sustained injuries and when he was taken to the hospital then doctor declared h
