This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sultan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 93 of 2024, under Sections 140 (1), 308 (5), 3 (5), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Basai Mohammadpur, District Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.7.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused Pappu has already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 15.1.2025 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 43739 of 2024. He
