The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Gaurav Alias Monti, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 86 of 2021, under Section- 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Navabad, District- Jhansi. 3. There is allegation in the F.I.R that Sardar Singh Gurjar is a murderer and criminal having an organized gang of which he is a gang leader. The applicant and 12 other accused have been named as the members of his gang. Implication of all the accused have been made against under Section 2/3 of Gangsters Act. 4.
