This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Shoaib, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2024, under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 190, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 109, 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Gagalheri, District- Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.09.2024.
