The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rajesh Kumar Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0223 of 2023, under Sections 420, 506, 376 of IPC and 67 of I.T. Act , Police Station- Karchhana, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that initially the applicant was implicated under section 420/506 of IPC and 67 of I.T., Act. Subsequently, he has been implicated in this case for committing the offence of rape against the victim. The victim and the applicant had consenting relationship prior to their marriage.
