The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Rohan Sahni, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 188 of 2024, under Sections 323, 324, 307, 452 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Gorakhnath, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on life of injured. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that none of the injuries suffered by the injured were found to be grievous and fatal for life. Injured was discharged on the same day from hospital.
