The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Raja Babu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 185 of 2024, under Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kamalganj, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of outraging the modesty of minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there is prior enmity between the parties and a case under section 308 IPC has has also been lodged by the applicant against the other side.
