Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2024, U/S 376, 354(ग) IPC and 67 Information & Technology Act, Police Station Jarcha, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
