Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 688 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 352, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station -Kampierganj, District - Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5.
