Counsel for Applicant :- Manish Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. There are allegations in the F.I.R regarding commission of offence of murder. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Vinesh. Only joint recovery of dead body was shown from the applicant and co-accused. Counsel for the applicant has further submitted that the manner of incident has been stated in the confession of the co-accused. There is no incriminating recovery made from the applicant. Mobile phone and scooty of the deceased were recovered from house of co-accused, Vinesh. The applicant is in jail since 30.01.2022 and has no criminal history to his credit. Before the trial court, only examination-in-chief of P.W.-1 has been recorded. Trial will take time to conclude. On the other hand learned A.G.A
